Hotel staff, receptionists, housekeepers, those serving breakfasts and at laundry facilities, all should be commended for their extraordinary hospitality, courtesy, politeness and dedication.

The location and ambience at the hotel were great, facilities clean and staff ready to solve challenges for you. Breakfast options were varied including fresh fruits, juices, vegetables and a variety of proteins and cereal which I usually enjoyed by the pool. The hotel’s airport shuttle service and Safari Service were very convenient. At the end of my stay, I had a day of sightseeing booked and was dropped off right after at the airport for check-in. Thank you Billy, Evans and the rest of the team! Keep up the good work and the culture of improvement.

The location is ideal: right next to the shopping centre which allows you to vary the restaurants and find everything you need in complete safety. A 15-minute walk from the UN. The staff are very kind and very helpful. The outdoor area with its swimming pool is very pleasant.

The location is good, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the United Nations campus. Also, the complementary shuttle that the hotel puts on in the morning is handy. The Village Market is right next door too so there are plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Efficient in-house laundry service. Decent selection at breakfast.

A cosy hotel conveniently close to the UN (I walked there every day with no trouble). Big room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with an egg station for omelettes and scrambled, plus fresh fruit. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful – whatever I needed help with, they were there. The gardens of the hotel are beautiful. I didn’t go in the pool but it looked nice.
